Euro Coop is pleased to invite you to the "Driving sustainability through healthy diets" Conference, organized within the framework of the EU-funded SOSFood project (Sustainability Optimization for Secure Food Systems).

Ensuring sustainability throughout the food chain requires coordinated legislative and non-legislative actions. However, there is growing recognition that shifts in dietary habits—such as increasing plant-based protein consumption—can significantly reduce environmental impacts while also benefiting human health.

Taking place on World Obesity Day, this event will explore how promoting healthy diets can create a win-win scenario for both people and the planet. Through case studies and expert discussions, stakeholders from across the food sector will showcase practical actions supporting food sustainability and the fight against non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
