Recognising Digital Innovation in Rural Communities
Skupina COOP was celebrated for its pioneering work in digitalisation, notably its frictionless store concepts and the use of modern technologies to enhance access to retail services in remote areas. Their initiatives demonstrate how innovation can support community needs while maintaining the cooperative commitment to serving consumers fairly, inclusively, and responsibly.
Their achievements stand as a powerful example of how consumer cooperatives continue to invest in modern solutions while staying true to their core mission: serving communities and improving everyday life for consumers.
